Premonition does not recruit players for a "backup" or "bench" position. If you are recruited, you will be raiding. Requirements: Gear necessary to perform in current heroic raid content. Ventrilo and a working microphone. Extremely high attendance. Experience with competitive raiding. Ability to rapidly learn new fights in the absence of strategy guides. Willingness and the ability to play multiple specs. Helpful but not necessary: AddOn programming and combat log analytic skills are a plus. Having a geared alt that fulfills a different raid role (tank, healing, dps) is a plus. Procedure: Submit an application through this website. Remember to be thorough and include all available parses (WoL, WWS, etc) as well as any raid experience you have regardless of class/role. Applications are kept strictly confidential; only Premonition officers can view submissions. Wait for a response via our forum PMs. Regardless of our decision, you will receive a response via forum PMs, typically within a week. If you are invited to interview, we will provide some possible times and ask about your availability. We might send you some follow-up questions before making a decision, so be sure to check for PMs daily. We sometimes receive strong applications for classes/roles that are simply too full. These applications are kept on file and we may reach out to you in the future should an opening arise. The message you receive will indicate if this is the case. Interview with officers and members of your class. Interviews typically last an hour and cover a wide range of topics. Our best advice is to relax; we want to get to know you as a person. After the interview, we ask that you remain online (and easily contactable) for up to 30 minutes while we make our decision. If you are extended a trial, we expect you to transfer right away, so be sure to come to the interview ready to go. Join Premonition as a trial. Come ready to raid! The trial period is your chance to demonstrate your ability to contribute to raids and to see whether you are a good fit with the rest of the guild. Trial periods generally last from 4-6 weeks. If you pass your trial, you are a full-fledged member of Premonition!
